JOIN THE TEAM
At Richards Medical Community Trust, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. From supporting community events and delivering first aid cover, to helping educate the public and support fundraising, every role makes a difference.
We’re building a friendly, supportive and passionate team of people who genuinely care about their community.
You do not need to be a healthcare professional to get involved. Whether you already have experience in first aid or healthcare, or simply want to learn new skills and help others, we would love to hear from you.

Our Volunteer Roles
No Experience? No Problem.
Not everyone starts with qualifications or experience. If you have the right attitude, we can help support you with training, mentoring and opportunities to develop your skills.
A Charity Built for the Community
Unlike many providers, our services operate on a voluntary donation basis wherever possible, helping community events and organisations access support without the burden of high medical cover costs.
By volunteering with us, you are helping make that possible.
