JOIN THE TEAM

At Richards Medical Community Trust, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. From supporting community events and delivering first aid cover, to helping educate the public and support fundraising, every role makes a difference.

We’re building a friendly, supportive and passionate team of people who genuinely care about their community.

You do not need to be a healthcare professional to get involved. Whether you already have experience in first aid or healthcare, or simply want to learn new skills and help others, we would love to hear from you.

Volunteering with Richards Medical Community Trust has given me confidence, new skills, and the chance to genuinely help people in my local community. Every event feels like being part of a family — supportive, welcoming, and all working towards the same goal.

By volunteering with us, you are helping make that possible.

What We Look For

We are looking for people who are:

  • Friendly and approachable
  • Reliable and professional
  • Compassionate and community-minded
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team
  • Able to remain calm under pressure

You do not need to change the whole world to make a difference. Sometimes helping one person at the right moment is enough
