Fill in our request form below. This is slightly long winded, but complies with governance and insurance policies to make sure we are collecting the correct information. It allows us to conduct a full risk assessment and determine what coverage you may need in place.
We will assess the level of coverage you need. Our volunteer administrators will be making sure we have volunteer availability as well as kit availability to ensure we can cover your event safely. This can take a few days so please be patient.
If we accept your booking request you will receive a confirmation from us via email confirming your booking. We will do the rest.
We will cover your event as agreed with you prior. We are not for profit and never charge fees for any service that we provide. Of course once the event is over, if you chose to you can donate to Richards Medical Community Trust. All the funds go straight back into the charity, helping keep our Volunteers Active, making sure we have working and available kit, supporting the local community and much more.
